Gathering loved ones from all over the country, Matt and Sarah created a special weekend for their 20 guests here in Western North Carolina.
One of the best perks of Laurel Falls is that you can gather your family and everyone can stay in one spot for the whole weekend! With 3 cabins on property, there was plenty of space for everyone to stay, party and get ready for the wedding day. I work with many out-of-town couples, Sarah and Matt planned this wedding from Seattle! What a gorgeous early fall day we had with just a touch of rain and beautiful clouds to shield us from intense sunshine. It’s my ideal weather!

"Chelsea photographed my wedding and she did an AMAZING job!!! Truly these photos turned out far better than I ever imagined. She captured the tears, joy and love from that day in pictures I will cherish forever. This sentiment is shared through everyone at the wedding. We are completely in awe of the photos she took. My husband takes awful photos. He’s a handsome guy but very uncomfortable in front of a camera. I literally can’t ever get a picture of us where he looks comfortable. Chelsea did such a great job making him feel relaxed in front of the camera and it’s apparent in the photos! She coached us through everything - and made my entire family laugh. I can see all my families personalities through her candid photos and I’m very grateful she is skilled enough to capture such.
Chelsea is incredibly professional and organized. She was quick to respond to all emails and followed up patiently when I was bad at responding. Before the event she ensured she had my shot list and the names of all the individuals in each group photo. This made everything the day of go so very smoothly. She also made sure to get every single photo I wanted (and more!).
On top of all that Chelsea is a genuinely sweet person who is easy to get along with and loves what she does. Her creativity shows through the shots she captured. She was literally perfect. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer in the Asheville area. I actually live in Seattle but she did such a good job I’ll fly back out to Asheville to have her take photos of us again or when we start a family. Why would I ever need to look around for another photographer while Chelsea is still offering up her amazing talents!!”
